What is the Home Delivery Program?
St. Mary’s Food Bank offers a Home Delivery Program for individuals and families who are unable to travel to a food bank or local pantry. This service ensures that those most in need can still access nutritious food—delivered directly to their doorstep.
Who is Eligible?
To qualify for home delivery, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Are confined to your home due to a physical or mental disability, or prolonged illness
- Are at increased risk due to COVID-19 or a similar illness
- Lack reliable transportation (excluding public transit) to reach a food bank
Additionally, you must:
- Be 18 years or older to register
- Certify that your household income is at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Agree to the program’s terms and conditions
Program Guidelines
- One delivery per week per household (subject to change)
- Delivery window: Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- You must be present to receive the delivery
- A valid photo ID is required at the time of delivery
- SNAP recipients are automatically eligible for TEFAP food packages
